NOTICE OF PROPOSED CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT&nbsp;If your Private Information was potentially accessible as a result of the Cyberattack involving Ampersand&nbsp;on or about September 28, 2023, you may be entitled to benefits from a Settlement. A Court has authorized this website. This is not a solicitation from a lawyer.<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">This website is made in conjunction with the resolution of the class action lawsuit (“Action”) against National Cable Communications LLC d/b/a Ampersand (“Defendant” or “Ampersand”). The Action arose out of a cybersecurity incident (“Cyberattack”) that occurred on or about September 28, 2023, in which the Private Information of Settlement Class Members, which may have included names and Social Security Numbers, was potentially accessible. A $275,000 Settlement was reached to resolve the Action. Defendant denies the allegations and any misconduct and states that it complied with the law at all times and took swift action to address and mitigate the Cyberattack. Nevertheless, Defendant highly values its current and former employees and their beneficiaries and has chosen to settle this matter and make Settlement payments to those who were potentially affected instead of incurring further disruption and expense in this litigation. Defendant has not admitted to any liability by entering into this Settlement.</li><li>The Settlement Class includes all persons residing in the United States whose Private Information may have been impacted in the Cyberattack, which occurred on or about September 28, 2023, including those who were sent a notice by Defendant that their Private Information may have been impacted in the Cyberattack. The Defendant sent the initial notice around March 15, 2024.</li><li>If you are a Settlement Class Member, you may be able to receive the following Settlement Class Member Benefits:&nbsp; Cash Payment A: You may submit a timely and Valid Claim and provide supporting documentation showing that you spent money or incurred losses related to the Cyberattack for up to $10,000&nbsp;per person. OR Cash Payment B: Instead of selecting Cash Payment A and providing supporting documentation, you may choose to receive a flat Cash Payment with no documentation for an estimated amount of $150. AND Credit Monitoring: In addition to a Cash Payment, you may also select to receive up to three (3) years of three-bureau Credit Monitoring.&nbsp;</li><li>Your Cash Payment may be subject to a pro rata (i.e., equal share) adjustment.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; This website may affect your rights.
